Askmebazaar Sold Faulty Xiaomi PowerBank

I have order a MI Xiaomi 10400 MAh power Bank from askmebazaar .com website. After that I have cancelled the order but after few days of cancellation the order I have received the product through courier and I have paid the order amount to courier boy. When I check the product, its faulty. It’s not charged during plug in, battery backup is very poor and drained very fast. I lodged a complaint at customer care on the same day. They quote me a complaint number i.e. QRC 77408.

But after about 15 days there is no response from askmebazaar side. I have called again to customer care and they replied that the said complaint is closed. I have lodged the second complaint bearing complaint number is QRC 123659 and customer care executive said me that our backup team call you within 7 days. But after 7 days, today I have again called to your customer care and they replied for wait till evening. but till time i have received no response from askmebazaar.com kindly resolve the matter as early as possible.
