I was Getting Speed: 10 to 350 kbps (Day Time), 1 to 2Mbps (at Night). So I raised complain about 10 times (AUG/4946, JUL/64657, JUNE/28557, JUNE/38346, JAN/26285, JAN/27402, JAN/36384, ..). Many times, MTS Customer Care closed my complain even without contacting me by simply writing “Client was not picked the phone”. Some Times They closed complain by just writing that “client’s complain has been resolved” without confirming me. But at the last complain(AUG/4946), An Unprofessional (MTS company called him Technical) guy came to home and played with his laptop without actual action and went back with saying that “300Kbps speed is the best speed you are getting”. After he gone, at 9 to 10 pm, I got again 0 to 150 Kbps speed. But he wrote his feedback to MTS that “CUSTOMER GETTING 500 -600 KBPS SPEED AND CUSTOMER USE HSD DATA CARD.NO SPEED ISSUE FOUND” Which was a white lie. After frustrated with Mblaze. I saw Advertisement on Television and review the MTS’s website for it’s new product “MTS Mblaze Ultra” As per Advertisements, MTS indicates that “INTRODUCING MTS 3GPLUS NETWORK. BUILT FOR THE INTERNET GENERATION. WITH SPEEDS OF UP TO 9.8MBPS.” I supposed that perhaps MTS Mblaze Ultra will give me at least 1.5 to 3Mbps. So, I Decided to purchase New DATA Card. I was very happy to see that I was getting 2 to 3.5Mbps. But this happiness gone after 2 days. Now I was constantly getting speed 100 to 310 Kbps at day time and 310 to 650 Kbps at Night. It was such a Nightmare for me. So, I made multiple complains to customer care and wrote email to Appellate Department of MTS. I don’t want to pay any bill to MTS. I want to get back their DATA card and cash back. If they ask to pay bill on behalf of data use, that case I want 1,02,600/- for my access time spend on downloading files on behalf of my professional per hour charges (570/- per hours for 180 hours).
