I had purchased Spice Mi-535 Mobile , IMEI No : 911313300042913 through E-Bay on 28-12-2013 . The mobile has started giving problems now . Initially the ear speaker started giving problem , the sound sometimes was not there and on lightly tapping on the backside , sound comes and this becomes a regular routine . I approached the service center at Ambala Cant , Haryana also in this regards . They attended the set , but now the sound is muffled and some background noise is there in the ear speaker, while hearing .
The Ambala Cantt. , Haryana Service Center again told me that some sound piece is to be changed in the set , and they will arrange it shortly and they have given some SR-No : 07100135E80167 for this complaint . Now the loud speaker has started giving trouble and sometimes no sound is audible , even if mobile phone keeps ringing . On lightly tapping the backside , loudspeaker sound comes and this has become regular routine feature and I am not able to attend may important calls due to missing sound in the Ring Loudspeaker and this has resulted me personal problems and Loss also;
Kindly look into my compliant and try to resolve my issue through your service Center , Ambala Cantt, Haryana. at an earliest.
