I gave my Xolo mobile for service before 23 days ,still now there is no proper reply in service center and also customer care helpline. can solve this issue ASAP. Xolo Mobile Replacement Under Warranty
I purchased xolo opus 3 on 24/1/2105, the phone has problem in touch ,touch response is not good , so i demanded for replacement at service center but they are saying that problem is in screen guard but i applied a different screen guard on it and problem remain the same. i had visited to uttam nagar xolo service center for the problem , its very annoying that they are not issuing DOA letter to me . i must say xolo is worst brand i m regretting myself for the purchase, u people donot bother customer after sale has been done.
