ASUS laptop – facing problem with power adapter

I own a ASUS G73SW gaming laptop. I was facing problem with power adapter not getting connected properly to my laptop. For resolving this issue I had submitted my laptop to the auth service centre at Pune. When I went to collect my laptop from service centre after receiving confirmation that whole motherboard is reqd to be changed for power port issue. I told them not to repair it and give it back to me as it is. But to my surprise now the Laptop screen was totally blank and now there was nothing coming on screen. I reported the same and reminded them that the Laptop was working when given to service centre. Then they misbehaved with me and told that laptops motherboard was tampered at power port earlier, I had given this Laptop once earlier to ASUS service centre at Delhi for malfunction of Touchpad. I reported the same through customer care and emailed them. They assured me to resolve the issue at the earliest. But I havn’t received any resolution to my problem.

I want the ASUS to resolve the issue of power adapter connectivity, as the issue induced by by their service. They should bear the charges as it is being tampered during the WARRANTY period. As the amount is too huge for me to get it repaired and my Laptop should be handed over to me in working condition. Now they have put an issue of screen at there service center as it is not getting ON. Kindly, resolve the issue.
