I sought their services for Canadian visa application in Aug, 2013. The first step in the Visa application is “Education Credential Assessment”, for which they promised to complete in 3 to 4 week. But they took more than a month to just start the assessment. In addition to that, they sent my application for Education assessment without all the documents. That led to rejection of my application, and by that time the maximum permissible limit of application reached its limit. Due to this, I asked them to refund 75000/-, as I found their services very deficient. However they are not refunding my money, and just giving false assurances. It has been goind on for the last 5 months.

I want refund of the money paid to them, 75000 + 10000 = 85000
