This with reference to my prepaid connection 9717278007. I dully completed all the required documents required by the Airtel.
With this number I got a verification call 3 months before which is duelly verified.
But Unfotunatly my number “9717278007” Got Dissconnected (Shown Invalid Sim)
On 10/11/2011 I consulted Airtel Office at Sarita Vihar
Our land line is not working from more than 4 months.So we finally switched off the set and had kept it aside but now also the bill is being sent to us.The workers in the office don’t take any action.They don’t pay any attention to our complaints.
I,thereby,request you to disconnect our number permanently and do not send any further bills or penalties.
