Dear Sir,

I have taken back when Airtel Charged me with Rs. 477 for nothing. In my itemized bills, they are claiming that, i have downloaded some games & wall papers during the month of July 2010. My mobile connection is provided by office & i do not use it for playing games or downloading music, wall papers or any other subscription services.

Complaint about promotional calls and sms

Sir, my mob no: is 9895181463, and the same number already registered in ‘ndncregistry’.But am getting the calls and sms from airtel regarding ‘caller tone’.Recently i got the call from 9567996930number,time 12:32pm on 20/8/10. Sms from555630 on 21/8/10 at 8:30am. Sir ,pls take a nesecery action against operator regarding about these disturbing calls and sms.

verification procedure of airtel prepaid sim card

Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to state that I purchased a new prepaid sim card of airtel a month ago.Since my working hours are 8 am to 7 pm I am unable to take calls in office as we are not allowed to take mobile phones in office.Thus I have missed all the times calls coming from the airtel end for verification.Also , I didn’t recieve any messages from the customer care for verification.

I have purchased one Jogging Athletic Shoe (power) Worth Rs. 1099/- from Bata shoe store, B.J.Complex, Ashram road Ahmedabad on dt. 27 june 2010 8.45 P.M. .

Due to lack of time and trusted BATA brand name, I have not checked properly at the time of purchased.
