I took US international sim from Matrix in Mar,2010 when going to US. I took USD 30 monthly plan with USD 40 blackberry plan. I authorized Matrix to charge Rs 5000 on my credit card. In April they generated a bill and charged Rs.11892.47 on my Credit card. After talking to their reps for more than 15 days, they realised their mistake and agreed to refund INR 7385.60. I purchased a NOKIA E-63 mobile On 10/5/2010 just after 10-15 days it started restart after every call. I went to NOKIA CARE service center; they re-loaded the software and gave back still the problem continued then again next day I went they kept the handset for 2 days. Today they replied it will go to head office and cannot be repaired here it will take 10 days minimum.
