I transfered to Haldia, West Bengal. For free installation I met Mr. Surajit of M/S S P Enterprise, Khanjanchak,Durgachak, Haldia, West Bengal,who is the authorized service provider of Kent. Battery Kit was ordered on 1st April,10 and got the order details and delivery assurance within 72 hours.I got delivery after more 10 days later without any bill. Bt inspite Of my several reminders to one of their officer they didnot provide the services , moreover they are now saying the company is now closed .
