I have purchased above material on 21.09.10 from ‘RAYLET’ Services Jamshedpur, Jharkhand,Whose Serial no. KR090702359.It was not installed at my Jamshedpur residence. I transfered to Haldia, West Bengal. For free installation I met Mr. Surajit of M/S S P Enterprise, Khanjanchak,Durgachak, Haldia, West Bengal,who is the authorized service provider of Kent. They refused to install free of cost. After installation I was compelled to pay them Rs.300/- because of urgency. Since then the machine is not functioning properly. I again requested them to attend the complaint severally. They attempted several times and changed several components of the machine as paid service where as these are should be free till one year of purchase with replacement guarantee of some components. But even after doing all above the problem has not yet solved and they have treated my machine as Ginipic. Now as the one year guarantee period is getting over on 21.09.2010, they are forcing me to do AMC for Rs. 3600/-. I am very much upset due to all this. I need your help so that I will not suffer from further tortured and problem of my machine can solved.
