This is to bring to your kind notic how this insurance company is cheating people and there is no response from any of the officals when the issue was reported and I have noticed a rude behaviour from their employees. below is the histroy of agony caused to me. and the mails I have returned to this company.
I am using Reliance Wireless modem for net surfing. Company claims that the bandwidth is up to 144 kbps.But the actual speed is very low(40-45kbps) which I get.I am also paying very high amount(Rs-801/-) than other service providers for accessing this connection.And the connection is not good also. Aout Rs.52.00 is deducted from my main balance.from 6th feb to 8th feb’2010. Regarding this i have done several complain to their customer care.( complain no are -119172540, 119440210, 119532577,) did not get any satisfactory answer, due to incovinience i have loss my reputation among friend and also find difficulties to contact persons for my official purpouse.

I am Abhijit sarkar. I am having salary a/c(000601523304) with ICICI bank. On 26th feb`10 I found that my a/c balance goes Rs negetive(-) 41879.65/- suddenly. after got in touch with customer care , they told me that due to credit card due my a/c got block. On 26thfeb`10 after salary got credited into my a/c total available balance automatically goes to Rs negetive(-) 20330.46/-.
