Hi,
I had a policy: 03883544 and was duped into signing a new policy promising to return my entire amount and was shocked to receive a new policy 13416953 where half of my amount was transferred to new policy the life assured was changed.
The whole operation was a FIASCO and i am livid with the way the personnel involved have conducted -Bundle of lies were told.

Unfair practices
The hotel inspite of having its own underground carparking insistes that patrons use their valet parking service for which they charge Rs 100. If one protests they ask you to go & park your car in the shopping mall with which it is not even linked in any way. Deforst not working
Hi,
I had purchased Samsung Fridge RA19YBMS W/S HELF 190 L on 9.8.2009.
After that I have been having continuous while defrosting the fridge. The water is getting accumulated even after Defrost. We have to clear the water manually every alternate day.

Sending of promotional SMS CALLs
Despite activating DND more than a year back I continue to get promotional message from BSNL as well as various companies offering ringtones, jokes etc. Two latest SMS being from TA-Levis, a chakrata road, dehradun based showroom on 24/02/2010 at 16:06Hrs and other from BP-52906 on 25/02/2010 at 17:20 Hrs.
