Real Estate Company took money for selling plot near khurda but neither did the registration of Land nor returning the money

Hello Sir,

I had booked 2 plots (1500 SQ FT each) in the Sarojini Park plotting scheme flaoted by Budhadeb Real Estate in 2002 under the installment scheme.

The cost of the plots altogether was INR 50,000 and registration charges were INR 5,000. I paid the entire sum by 2005 but since then there has not been any positive response from the Proprietor of the company (Mr. Kalyan Baarik).

Sir,

I have a airtel prepaid connection with the no. 9829066162. I just wanted to change my prepaid connection to postpaid .For last three days I am calling at customer care but I have not getting any response from them.They every time said that the executive is coming to you in two hrs. But till time any one of your executive doesn’t visit to me.

Non Compliance of over 7 orders by Huda

Hi,

My case has been going on with Disrict Forum Gurgaon for the past TWELVE YEARS. After the initial order by the Forum on 29.1.1998, there have been over seven orders from State and National Forum also but Huda has yet to make the payment of the penalty of Rs. 200 per day imposed on them by the District Forum (upheld by State and National Commission also).
