Harrasment over phone
I have no principle out standings ; as per their statement ,I made the payment .I stoped the use of HDFC BANK CREDIT CARDS since February -2005 ; and I informed the accordingly.
They did not send any statement regarding the out standing amount or debit notes .
But last six months they called me over phone and directing to clear the out standings and close the account .

Samsung Service taken the phone but not giving back.
Samsung Service Center here at Cuttack have taken my phone for repairing on 19-09-2009. They still have not returned my phone. It was the fourth time i have given them the phone for servicing.
