Wrong amount of e recharge
Sir, i am giving this complain against Mr. Monaj sinha, who has a mobile shop in ghaghra named hellofriend. Today i ask him to recharge my reliance prepaid card with Rs 81, but he recharged it with Rs 89. As a result previous tarif of Rs 496 got deactivate. Receiving continous marketing calls even after registering for NDNC
I had registered for NDNC last year. But I still keep receiving marketing calls form the telemarketers.
One such telemarketer, Birla Sun Life (‘BSL’), has given me countless calls. Each time I receive a call from BSL, I check from the telemarketer if they have checked my number in the DND list, to which they have invariably replied that they did not check the DND list.
