Sir, i am giving this complain against Mr. Monaj sinha, who has a mobile shop in ghaghra named hellofriend. Today i ask him to recharge my reliance prepaid card with Rs 81, but he recharged it with Rs 89. As a result previous tarif of Rs 496 got deactivate. This happend due to his own fault but he is not ready to give me any compensation for this Rs 496. So kindly help me
