Hi, I am Jitender Kumar bought prepaid Dolphin number (9968704009) and having problem from the first day. I recharged my number with the RS. 325/- (Vidyarthi plan) and should get the free service on mtnl numbers but I got charge under the service when i called to mtnl numbers and nerver refunded for the charge. I called customer service, tell the problem but agent’s working in customer care number dissconnect my call .On May 29 2009 I tried 6 times and I asked for the supervisor and told the problem and when i was complaining about the service the way supervisorhe was talking with me I thought i did a big mistake that i bought the dolphin connection and he also hung up on me, I did not get any help from anyone.I am also working in customer care but in U.S. process we have best service, I realize that there is big diffrence in domestic and international company and why the U.S. doing better bussiness because they know the value of the customer.If u want the feedback online so please work in this issue and I suggest everyone do not buy any dolphin or MTNL connection just beacause they have worst customer service.
