1. I am not able to login to my account to renew my broadband subscription. I am located in Chennai, Kilkattalai.
When I try to renew my account online, an error message appears. But with the same username and password I am able to browse the net. Only renewal is not possible.
I requested for disconnection of the reliance broadband connection in some day around the first week of september 2008. But when i raised the request, the representative told me that there is some issue with their system(Is that my fault…?). With in 2-3 days of raising this request i vacated that house. I am very much disappointed by BSNL 126300 services. I am getting sms from 126300 on my No: 9411141252 which tells that I am a subscriber of Radio Masti service and every month Rs.19 are deducting from my balance. I never dialled this no before.No one in BSNL is ready to help me out and if it persists I have to complaint this matter to consumer court.
I want my deducted money back.

I keep getting calls from HDFC bank for credit cards. I mailed there customer support for informing them that my number is in DND list.
In response they told me that my number is not in “their” DNC list so I must go and register there.

I was asked to wait for 45 days for 100% stoppage of telemarketing calls. 45 days get completed on 15/Jan/2009. On 21/Jan/2009 at 11:35 a.m., I received a call from Ms. Geeta of HDFC Bank, Shivaji Nagar, Pune from cell number 9923200478 for telemarketing.
