I would like to bring a serious flaw (deficiency of services) in the service standard followed by Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC), Mardia Plaza, Ahmedabad.
I had a HSBC saving a/c No. 101-203511-006, which was opened on April 2006 and subsequently requested for a closure in June 2007 (Acknowledgement Receipt is enclosed).

I registered with Spice Telecom for ‘Do Not Disturb’ facility for promotional calls and SMS in 2008 and got the confirmation on 17th June, 2008 stating that : “Dear Customer, Promotional call & sms from spice will be blocked by 27/06/2008 & the same will be blocked from other telecalling agencies by 45 days. – Spice”. I am registered to Do not disturb services in the month of november and my service is activated from Jan 14 2009 but still i get calls from HDFC , Country club. I would like to bring forward the exhorbiant new 2009 rates which are up by 40% from Broadband service providers.
Lower schemes of 256kbps are gone. First country in world which is increasing broadband rates and forcing customers at higher speeds.
I think this is ridiculous on the name of new higher min speeds of 384kbps
