no trander from idea to airtel

I have given a application for convert my number from idea to airtel , i have submit it 22 dec 2011, my idea sim has been closed . but my airtel sim is not activated my mobile no is ‘9891079822’ and my airtel sim no is ‘8991101002202728180 H-2’ i have talk to airtel coustomercare many time , so i am requesting yor pls activate my airtel sim as soon as posibale .

Threatning forcing to pay the fake bill generated by airtel broadband
This is to inform you that Airtel customer support & Collection dept is mentally harassing me by making calls for the payment of bills which is illegaly made.
I have already given application in hard to the guard (as told by airtel customer support to close the connection) at airtel office on 31-jan-2011 (c-scheme, jaipur) to close my connection -0141-4112631 (Amit kumar).

I gave order for a cake to be delivered on 24 Dec 2011 through indiaflowerplaza.com. On 24 Dec mornig when I asked the customer service executive whether the cake will be delivered on time then she told that it will be delivered by 3 or 4 pm.
