I have purchased Auxus Nuclea N1 on 14/03/2014, within two months, camera was not working then half display was not working. so i approached the company via online relief on 13/05/2014 via ticket Id number 474378 but it didn’t worked, then i approached authorized agent who told me cell has to be send to service center for repair, cell has reached service center on 28th may and still now they are repairing. they say display is not available and will be repaired in 15 days, but its is not ending only.

i had discussed with them on calls many time and i gave them deadline of 30 days, but they didn’t responded. Iberry company is launching new products but can’t maintain the old or existing products.I have purchased a new cell, now i want refund of my entire money.
