Lenovo Lapto Hard Disk Failure – Review

Complain number 7006202029 has not been rectified. They have been delaying in giving the service. When contacted they promise an engineer with in half an hour. This has happened for the last two days. In the first year only hard disc was replaced after 15 days of purchase, then motherboard last month and now hard disc gone again. Repeated complains has not given any results. I don’t think the piece I had has gone through any quality check

I want the piece exchanged since it is almost a year old I am willing to pay the depreciation value also. I would also like to have an apology letter from Lenovo.
