I am writing this complaint after having a bad experience at Pearl City bakery in Bangalore on 23rd July, at around 5:30 PM. I asked for Nandhini milk packet and the shop owner gave me the milk packet ‘Shubham Pasteurised Standardised Milk’ which has an MRP of Rs. 18. He collected from me Rs. 19 instead of Rs. 18 (MRP) and when I asked about it, he said that Nandhini will cost one rupee extra. Also, he said that other company’s milk packets was served for MRP itself. I told him that I would complain to consumer court and he challenged me to do so !! I would like to know whether any actions can be taken against him.

I want him to return my one rupee along with the compensation for the time I spent for filing this complaint. As an employee who gets around 1000 rupees per day, I want him to give me 40 rupees for my one hour. Also, for my psychological and mental strain, I need another 1000 rupees. In short, (1+40+1000 = Rs. 1041). Also, I need a written apology signed by the shop owner and an assurance letter that he will never charge a product more than the MRP.
