Avenues India – Refund of Money – Issues

I have paid 1499/- Rupees on 21st June2014 (almost 14days) for a mobile GFive W1 mobile phone (4 Sim) from No Credit Shoppe Room No: B2, Ganesh Market, Big Bazar, Berhampur, Orissa – 760002 through online shopping, and I have not got delivery or update of the product or refund till today but waiting from 21/06/2014. I mailed and also tried contacting on portal link on their website with merchant several times but they did not respond even single time. Then I contacted “Avenues India Pvt Ltd Plaza Asiad, Level II, S.V.Road, Santa Cruz (West), Mumbai 400054 Ph:022- 67425555, 401, 402, 403, 404″ through mail service@ccavenue.com , payment process company and they mailed me details of payment sent to merchant and confirmed the amount is sent to merchant. I strongly feel its deficiency from merchant and I am suffering from a month. I have mailed merchant several times for updates, but he ignored. finally I forced ccavenue to resolve this & then they asked me to mail as merchant is not responding, I did the same. suddenly merchant mailed for the first time blaming that I am calling him 100 times a day and torturing him, which is total lie and his fraudulent act. I have never called him as he did not provide proper number even asking in my every mail which he ignored and the number on portal won’t work. I feel either merchant or payment process company or both are involved in this fraudulent act. I don’t know to how many customers they have done this. I need refund of money back to my account. From 18th July 2014, I am waiting for their reply and I don’t have any updates. I am clearly reachable on 09535217xxxx at any time for any clarification.

I want my refund of INR1499/- along with interest for making me suffer from 21/06/2014 suitable penalty as you may feel they deserve for cheating
