Token advance was given against turn key execution of interior work for our house with an assurance it will be reasonable and competitive. After the advance, proposal submitted was outpriced by 4-5 times with no justification on pricing and no visibility on material being used and no room for negotiation. I was either suppose to agree to what was proposed with no changes or else forget about advance already give which was substantial and was supposed to be adjusted against total work agreed to be executed. Since there is no way one can spent 4 times the cost just because token advance is given, I decided not to proceed and requested a refund which was completely denied in light of professional services which was nothing more than a commercial proposal.

Since Payal (Vision) is not only defaulting on her promise but also refusing to pay back advance given for work which was never agreed, I look forward to have my money refunded besides all the time I spent to recover it back along with loss on rent and commuting until the matter is sorted.
