I have purchased Azzaro Silver Black Eau de Toilette – 100 ml (For Men)from Flipkart by paying through my credit card. I have been informed that the item shall be delivered by 17-07-14. However, when I track on 14th July 14, I found no information beyond 9th July 14 and that also not been dispatched from Bilaspur. I lodge a complaint and got a confirmation of delivery by 18th July 14. Now, it is 22nd July and there is no information. Flip kart is now saying to cancel the same or else place a new order instead of arranging to deliver the item.
Flipkart through its customer care personnel following up since i lodge the complain to cancel the item as the price mentioned while purchase seems to be on lower side. They are providing wrong information on site to trap the customers
