sir, i have applied for insurance policy on 28-02-2014 and my dod is 02-03–1988. so i talked with miss silpi for about one hour and applied online and make paymetof rs 4857/- half yearly and send all document sacned copy on same day. they have confirmed that your premium will not change because of your birthday. and after 2 nd of march my policy status was pending and i got a mail that- The premium amount on your proposal has increased to Rs.4989/- as your birthday went by. We request you to pay the additional premium amount of Rs.132/- for the further processing of your policy. policy no-NUP75463910

sir as such relief i have not think but due to work load iam unable to follow this matter on daily basis. so please make fiar decision on this matter. its first time i have applied for any policy. thanking you mahendra singh-9099611xxx
