I called at flipkart customer care after being referred to by micromax service centre itself regarding problem in my newly bought micromax phone at flipkart (OD40205088154) on 7th of march (nearly 29 days after the purchase).From then onwards I have been constantly recieving same answers of getting callback from flipkart customer care for replacement,but till date (12th march),I haven’t recieved any.Since 7th I had to call atleast twice a day at customer care,as usual no response but the same answer,I am being getting.Losing patience ,I also asked to talk to senior supervisor but for the same also they didn’t entertain.So I had to file a complaint finally at consumer forum with no other alternative left.please get me off the trouble at the earliest as this is my last hope remains.Thank You 🙂
