Axis Bank Credit Card Late / Over Limit Fees Billing

I never received Axis Bank Credit Card bill hard copy or soft copy till date from the date of issue of the card in June’14. If the bank could sent the card kit to my address why can’t they send the bill to the same address. Further, my mail id was written in the Credit card application form, then why they didn’t send a soft copy of the bill to my email id. I received the card in June’14 and I started using the card in Feb’15 only. For the period from June’14 to Jan’15,I never bothered for any repayment of my credit card amount as I did’t used the card for the said period. But later found from website generated statement that a major amount has been billed by the bank with fees,charges & service tax thereon. If I could get bill on time, I could have repaid the same on time. I believe this is an intentional game plan of the bank. Secondly the bill is showing that the card repayment is linked to an axis account of mine through auto debit option. I wish to see any document where I gave any such consent for this auto debit. Because the said account does not bear sufficient balances all the time, so I don’t think I gave any consent to link the said account for Auto debit. This has resulted a major amount of repayment burden on me.

My total purchase amount using the card in Feb’15 was 5881.45 only which I started repayment without waiting to receive any bill, without knowing MPD, Billing Period etc from Mar’15 onward. However because of the bank’s ignorance to customer, another amount of 5041.28 only has been levied to my repayment burden. It has almost double the credit amount. I need proper redressal of this ignoramce of axis bank towards its customer, as a result I have to pay an amount double the actual usage amount.
