Axis Bank Debit Mandate Problems

I visited Axis Bank Guru Dronacharya,Gurgaon branch to buy this ELSS, they submitted my application; Elss folio and statement was issued to me. Later Axis MF massaged me unable to process fund because of debit mandate. I contacted and sated the same they provided me case number: cs 2016/mar/2/143183.I stated them that account has/had sufficient funds this should not have happened, please try again and issue me same folio only; i don’t need new statement/folio because i have already submitted this folio for tax saving with my employer. After waiting i visited axis branch again, they asked me to sign on debit mandate of the existing policy to debit my account. I did the same, mentioned same prerequisite of mine. Still i received the new folio/statement; which is of no use to me, as no tax saving is happening to me which was my only purpose. 20 thousand rupees loss as i have to pay additional tax because of Axis MF fault as I dont have option to cancel my savings declared with my employer. 2. This new policy has high NAV value, which is loss of 7 thousand to me. I total around 27 thousand loss, additionally i am in trouble always contacting/writing Axis MF. My money loss should be settled as soon as possible. My previous issued folio/statement should be the valid policy.
