I have taken medicinal treatment for thinning of my hair from Richfeel in 2014-15. Presently they called and booked Dr. followup on 20 Feb. and that day Dr. Rishi told me to go for hair transplant. And I requested to wait for sometime as I cannot make instant decision. He insisted and booked surgery(Total cost Rs.110000) and taken Rs.11450 as booking amount for 2 sessions of hair transplant.I have no cash so paid through Credit Card. I talked now that I can’t want this surgery. I just need my money back. Because I can’t pay Rs.110000 for my surgery. But now Dr. Rishi of Richfeel Lajpat Nagar Delhi telling that there is no refund for cancelling of my booking for treatment. I request you to please do needful so that I can get my money from these defaulters.

The financial loss I incurred for this issue is Rs.11450 but I am facing lots of Physical stress for dealing with this type of fraud people. I request at least double of this money must be paid to me for misleading me and using my money and not returning the money. But they have not provided any services to me. I have not satisfied with the services provided by Richfeel in 2014-15 to me for giving Anagrow treatment for thinning of my hairs. I have paid around Rs.58000. I am not claiming for it but, not satisfied with their solution. There is no use of using Anagrow for my hairs.

Minimum Rs.11450 cash without any reason and without any delay. As this amount I have paid using my credit card. I just need it urgently (withing this month March 2016). I need strong action must be taken against these defaulters who cheat their customers.
