I have an account in this branch having account no. 910010025356666. Recently the bank had renewed the minimum quarterly average balance to Rs 10000 from Rs 5000. On 28th Dec 2013 they have deducted Rs 765+ 94.55 (as service charge of 12.36 %)including deduction of money due to lower than average renewed quarterly balance+ mobile sms service . My Argument was that they had not informed me of this renewal in average balance through any means be it through post,sms or email. So i should get back my 850 rs apart from sms service and service tax on it. yesterday i lodged complaint through their complaint register channel via toll free no.. today i got response that they had informed me prior to this incidence. But on the receiving end i didn’t get any information from them. Moreover as my sms service is activated then i should be informed of smallest of small deduction of my money of my account. Yet they deducted and didn’t deliver the sms of deduction of the money on 28th dec 2013.

I want my full deducted money (due to lower than average renewed quarterly balance(i.e. Rs 10000))to be back as the bank authority had not informed me about the renewal of average balance.
