Axis Bank Financial adviser MisGuidance

I have invested through a monthly deduction scheme as told by the branch executive with a profitable return. It was also informed that the investment can be withdrawn at any time with the applicable profit. When I applied through an application to close the SIP, they rejected to it and said it cannot be done before three years from the commencement of the scheme. I started the investment on 07/04/2011. So I waited for the completion of three years and applied again for the closure of the SIP. Even after the application there was deduction from my account. On inquiry I was told that they have no direct excess to the investment agency and is controlled by a different branch in mumbai. I was in need of the money in scarcity and they pay importance to my need and simply give the excuse for discussion with the mumbai branch.I was told that the money will be transferred automatically to my savings account at Axis bank Mangaldai. I am still waiting and no such money was received. after a few day only an amount Around rs 3000 was received only.

I want the total invested money and the profit to the highest level of profit percentage registered in the investment. I want a compensation for the disinformation and misguidance and non-supportive conduct to me as a customer to the ten times of my invested money with profit.
