Respected Sir, I have make an application to open a joint saving account with my father Ghanshyambhai N. Mangukiya and my wife Hitali K. Mangukiya in above mentioned axis bank by depositing Rs. 10500/- which was rejected three times by the branch and finally account was not opened. Bank branch had replied me that my account cant be open. So bank has refunded the said amount by way of DD. Next day, bank has called me that account is opened. Meanwhile I have opened saving account in another branch (Axis Bank, Kamrej Branch). When I contacted bank to close the account, they demanded closing charges of Rs. 1000/- approx. I visited the branch many times and contacted branch manager for the said matter but no satisfied answer has been received. So I lodge a complaint with you to resolve this matter. I have supporting document for the said DD deposited in my another bank account with Dena Bank.

I want to get my account being closed without paying any charges and also want loss of earning that caused by this situation.
