Sir, I tried to book an air ticket through the website ‘www.easygotrip.com‘ on 1st July 2014. The ticket that they sent me is attached for the reference. The pnr is shown as ‘rejected due to increase in fare’, but the fare amount RS. 3474 has been debited from my account. When I contacted the customer care, it has been informed that the money will be refunded within 9 working days. Till date the money is refunded. My complaint consists of two part. 1) Misled me by showing wrong fare in the site. 2) Cheating without refunding Rs 3474. Please take stringent action against the company
1) Refund of the fare amount Rs. 3474 2) Compensation of Rs 10000, for the time and peace of mind that I lost in the unwanted fight in which website is the only responsible member.
