With installation, March 2009, two engineers came to install the dish …. small thing : they did not have a drill, I refused to bring in the cable through the window …so the next day a guy came with who was entitled to take a drill with.
After two days, no internet anymore … a number of more days calling, waiting, calling, waiting, two new engineers came, to declare that the dish needed to be switched in the complete opposite direction !

So, it went on, every now and then disconnected, till today. Having been out for some weeks, again last Saturday we complained because the connection, all time on, is going on and off and on and off …

They would come, sure sir, tomorrow sir, and till today (Tuesday) we are waiting and waiting and waiting again, every now and then somebody calls to ask for where to come, they promise to come at …. time, and they just dont come …
