I have purchased a mobile phone from bagittoday.com on 2nd june at a price of rs. 13250 which they failed to dispatch. When i called them to refund my amount they refused to refund and insisted to purchase another product. My order id is 33037506. Customer care is also not responding well.

I want refund of rs. 13250 in my bank account through which I have transacted.
