Hathway Disconnection without prior notice and overcharging of bill

APRIL-19-13 Hello there, I have already made a a payment of Rs. 1377 on 19th march last month against one month advance payment + installation charges. So how come my payment is still due. please clarify accordingly with your details. My Number- 9167829419. JUNE-19-13 Dear all, Please give me one single reason as to why you have disconnected my internet without any prior notice. You people never cared to call me, or send me a copy of bill at my email. I never received any hard copy bill either. Secondly you have been overcharging me from the very beginning, failing to explain the breakup of my bill. Provide me all the breakup of my bill from the day I got internet. How can you people disconnect internet without prior notice , I had an important webinar and now I’m suffering coz of you. I’ll make sure that a case is lodged against you in consumer court.

Was not able to attend an important meeting with a client. Had to rush to find cyber cafe which would be open by midnight which costed me 550 taxi fare but couldn’t find any. Also the meeting will have to be rescheduled and arrangements made, he loss for which I’d incur as 5000 INR.

I want them to pay for my loss asap and also to give detailed breakup of my bill which they never gave & why are they charging me extra ??
