Last week i was trying to buy a iBall Andi 3.5R mobile from BAGITTODAY site , but the transaction declined due to some problem with my credit card.After that i got a call from bagittoday saying that ‘Sir your transaction failed last time, you wanted to place the same order again? i said ok after confirming the mobile model was 3.5R. I was told that i would be getting some gift also, i was told that the price is 2700Rs.They asked my credit card details and placed the order for 3049Rs (I was convinced that the price will be 2700/-) Then I was told that i would be getting a lot of gifts….Then he told me some long list after that i was told that i need to register for Rs 22499/-I said No, then he told me that I need to pay only after receiving all those gift items like 30,000Rs worth diamonds, Micromax smart phone etc, I dont need to pay the whole amount just need to pay around Rs 1850/- as EMI, so I said OK, but before that he made an attempt to debit Rs 22499/- from my card without my consent (order id -33450909, i got the message from my bank later). After that he made a transaction for Rs 13999/- (order id 33450912) , by god’s grace all these transaction were declined due to low credit balance of my card. On 02Dec 13 , 06:04 hrs , I got an sms from bagittoday “we are unable to service your order No 33424683 for Rs 2728.00 due to some unavoidable reasons.we apologize for the in convenience caused” I got again these message for order 33424285 for Rs 2728.00. I dont understand what all these orders and who made this order? On 03 Dec , I received the item, when opened it I found the item as “iBall Andi 3.5KKe instead of iBall 3.5R.I was told that i would be receiving a watch as gift along with this mobile, but i didnt get any thing. Called the customer care, they didnt help me.

I need Rs 1 Lakh compensation for misleading me, cheating me and tried to sell some useless products in the name of free gifts and tried to process orders for more that Rs 40,000 with out my consent after obtaining my credit card details illegally.
