Dear Sirs: Ref: Order no: 33778324 dt: 23-04-2014 Sub: Difference in Product ordered and delivered. I had ordered for Double Bedsheet Scarlett collection (color: Blue) whereas I have been sent Daffodil collection (Brown). I was given to understand by your personnel over phone that you do not guarantee color of the fabric and this may vary according to availability. He asked me to go through your T & C which was not considered by me while placing the order since I had full confidence in your organisation. However it is very surprising to note that the material sent by you does not conform in any manner to the product ordered. Hence I request you to send me the product ordered and collect the item delivered at your cost. The cost of sending back the Bedsheet sent to me is to be borne by your organisation. It is regretted that in this competitive market your attitude of taking the customers for a ride is baffling. Please send me the actual product ordered and arrange to take delivery of the product delivered at your cost. I am attaching pictures of the product ordered and the product delivered as desired by your personnel over phone.

Either the ordered product be delivered or the entire amount be refunded. Company to reclaim the product delivered through their personnel at their own cost.
