I have ordered a WD Passport Ultra 2.5 inch 1 TB External Hard Drive(Black) on March 9th 2014 in dejavutrends.com. The order no is #100016246. The ticket no that I had conversation with the support guy is 699230 in the below site: http://support. dejavutrends.com/ support/tickets.php. I have contacted the customer care and enquired about the status of shipment. But I was informed that the product will be delivered in a week or so. But didn’t get the product from them until now. I have also asked for refund but didn’t get any response for it. Could you please arrange for a refund for the product.
