Naaptol.com – No delivering Product dealy in refund

We booked a AC at Naaptol.com on 13.04.2014. Order ID- 8890996. Ac was not delivered for 13 days even after calling the customer care 19 times in 13 days. each call was around 20 minutes. Complaint was Escalated to CEO of Naaptol @ CEO@naaptol.com. Miss Mansi (9223446148) contacted over Phone and Email promising the product will be delivered. IT dint not get delivered further 3 days. Company promises to deliver products in 10 days.

We had to suffer in summer for a long duration only because we cud not book a separate product. Mental harassment is what we got when we called Customer care promising to rever in 24~48 hours. none responded from naaptol.

Compensation for in-convenience caused.
