On 26.12.2013 i received a call from bag it today with some Mr.Kuldeep Pandey from promotional department saying that i have been running in top 5 positions in some shop n drive contest (which offeres Hyundai EON car as prize) and told me that i can move to no.1 if i buy Combo package of Rs 13999/- The product contained zia diamonds which was told to be worth Rs 30000.00 and readily encashable . Also an assured gift was offered as panasonic LCD screen. Along with diamonds the packet contained one dinner set, one mitashi mobile and one pair of Rocio watches. The order was placed with order no.33520378 dtd 26.12.2013 . On 29.12.2013 i received another call first from some Mr.Adarsh and then from person posing as Mr.Amit and senior of Mr.adarsh who told to be senior of Kuldeep pandey. He told me that you are at currently running at No.1 Position for Hyundai contest and if you buy another set of combo containing Zia diamonds worth Rs 30000.00 along with two other items costing Rs 22499.00 then they will fix me at no. 1 spot for the contest. They asked for my card details which i should not have given but gave due to allurement. He told that all the diamonds earlier one and these fresh ones will be sold for Rs 60000.00 (30000 each,) and if even one rupee less is there they will refund the entire amount. Hence they themselves booked the 2nd order no. 33527912 and my card account was debited. Yesterday i received the parcel for the first order. I immediately went to jeweller for knowing the price of the diamonds. to my utter shock, no jeweller is ready to buy it and at the most is ready to exchange the same for some other item and that too for max Rs 2000.00 for set of 3 certified diamonds told to be that of Rs 30000.00. Since then i have been calling these persons for taking back their order and cancel the other order , but now there is no response from them. They are simply doing fraud and bag it today is a part of this as the no. showing on website 0120-2593999 connects to these people of promotional department till the order is not placed but afterwards they say there is no such person
I want to return back the first order and cancel the 2nd order and want the entire money back in my credit card account as these people are totally fraud.
