dear sir, we ordered lotto shoes from bagittoday through mobile by watching its TV advertisement on October 2013.but we returned it at the time we received it because to size problem. we were told that money will be back to us. but since than initially we had telephonic conversations and every time they assure of being under process, later we start mailing them and finally they told they will provide us store credit. we get agree on it but again lots of mail and telephones we did not get any thing neither money nor the store credit. we are tired of all this now and thus seeking justice at this plateform. i can provide you the copy of mails and you can check our phone conversations through the details of our call records to 0120-4112xxx by 9450336xxx and 9415435xxx.kindly take strong action to such online shops so that they stop harassing. thanking you Richa Sharma
