We have payed Rs 70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand) approximately to them for Holiday services out of 1.57 lacs. We don’t want to continue the membership because of their pathetic services and response. We have not taken any services till date from them. When we asked for our payment, they simply denied. We want our money back.
When we joined there were many promises done about the quality of resorts and the quality of services. Whenever we called them the response from them was very lacklusture and no one was ready to take responsibility of their fault. My parents went to one of their resort (on free vouchers provided by them)and found services not even close to what promised.They were really dissatisfied. When we wanted to share our grievances nobody was ready to listen until we wrote mail to their senior management. We had given a notice once before that we would stop it if you don’t improve your services to which they promised to work out. 1 month after they again did the same thing by not responding to our calls and mails. Above that, their Delhi head Mr. Nakul promised to revert back in 2 days and didn’t called in 10 days after which we dropped a mail for discontinuation.
Our Membership number – MH/DEL/0870 We want our full money back with interest. Rs 70,000/- (down payment + 3 EMI’s) + Interest + compensation for our time wastage and disturbing peace of mind. It’s is never their loss in returning payment as they can sell it to anyone. How can they take the money without giving any services??
