Bajaj Allianz – Compulsory Deductible -No Clarity

1) As per the attached Policy documents which I received it is mentioned that –“Compulsory Deductible 1000” but nowhere in the policy it is mentioned that – 1000 means Rs.1000 – It does not clearly specify that Rs 1000/- will be deductible per claim from Customer’s claimed amount or it is payable by Customer. – In the attached Sheet”*All Premium Figures are in Rupees” ends in the second last row. – No * to indicate 1000 is INR. – How does the Customer understand and conclude that Rs.1000/ will be deducted from his Insurance claimed amount? – As a Customer as there is no clear notes or explanation in simple English or Insurance language I fail to understand that Rs.1000 will be deducted from my Insurance claim amount. – Due to lack of explanation or notes-I was in the opinion that this is some premium calculations. – There is no max/min amount mentioned in the policy of Compulsory Deductions. -It means that the Customer are at the mercy of Bajaj Allianz- they can deduct any amount in the pretext of Compulsory Deductions

seek a compensation of full insurance without any deductions and a compensation of Rs.50,000/- .(Rupees FIFTY Thousand only)for wasting my time, cheating, mental agony.
