Respected sir, This is Ganesh Petla. I used to work in the Bajaj Allianz life Insurance company ( date of appointment is 01-april-2015). Recently i resigned to my job and submitted the letter to the office for NOC certificate but they did not process the form. So i kindly request you to grant me NOC ( online )as early as possible. note: sir recently i joined hdfc life insurence company and submitted one policy.but the company mentioned me to get resignation and surrender letter from my previous company if i want to get the commission . but the officers related to bajaj allianz life insurence company are not responding to my request even i submitted my resignation letter to my manager in the past .so i kindly request you to solve my problem . i would like to mention my details below: pan : BMMPP5502P date of birth : 12 june 1983. agency code : 2300036111.(bajaj allianz life insurence ) PH : 9030XX9143
