I had downloaded Jio apps as per the process and got the bar code and visited many times to Reliance Digital to get the same with required documents, but still I have not got the sim but today when I checked my status of Jio app I got to know that my bar code is been redeemed. I am shocked to know, but as a honest nd responsible citizen I want to complain the authorities to catch hold the culprits and not to spoil the name of the Company which has taken this initiatives to bring digitization in our secular country. I request the higher authority to kindly verify and get justice to both common man and company.

my barcode is used il-legally by other which is registered my Jio app. state- Madhya pradesh, city-Vidisha. My jio barcode is 55522458309. But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, I have not use bar code never .my tab just new . pls reply i am used your jio service.
