my bike had damaged in an accident.i had claim repairing under my insurance plan but could not get proper response from company though i deposit 4000 rs as claimed by company under their policy scheme receipt no is 439. date 20/09/14 against job no 40470. company personnel are misbehaving when i want to know status of my claim.

proper legal action against company so in future other costumer dont get trouble
